Another surprise from MOBILTEL "Senehase Upahara"
State Trading (General) Corporation together with Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel announce that all Sri Lankans who have been honoured with UPAHARA connections are now entitled to nominate 5 loved ones to receive "Senehase" UPAHARA connections and a 3.5G high speed internet connection.
