"Rate Cutter" from Hutch

Hutch launched its “Rate Cutter” to the Sri Lankan market, from the beginning of this month which offers customers the opportunity to make outgoing calls to other networks at a low rate of Rs.1.50 a minute for a period of thirty days once purchased and activated.
