Asset media pvt ltd is owned by dialog telecom ltd. And asset media is
going to buy CBN(communiq broadband networks (pvt)ltd) and CBNsat
(communiq broadband sat (pvt)ltd).Dialog aiming to use D.T.H
technology and Dialog planning to combine mobile,fixed (waiting for
licence), broadband and tv media technology. CBNsat's present owners
are Muhunthan canagasooriyam and Niranjan canagasooriyan. Transaction
wroth sri lankan 523.8 million rupees.
