As sirasa tv describe "people's channel" telecast news first. They
think all Sinhalees are fools or they can make some fools out of
sinhalee's. Each and every news telecast they try to abase sri lankan
army and balloon the image of Ltte with use of blade like words.
Government is watching everything and not taking any action with the
name of free media. This is not free media, this is media terrorism.
People don't care about chali mahendran maharaja's politics. He can
support any democratic political party. That is his right. Using the
name of free media sirasa is spreading terrorism. Media terrorism
should be stop.

Indeed we are fools. Still Sirasa is one of the very popular channels. Sinhalese still watch it!
Government has no need to take action against Sirasa. But government should encourage more and more new TV and Radio channels to compete with each other. People should be the deciding factor. Blogging is a good media for that – and the only free media we have.
