Mobitel’s free sim offering period extended

Mobitel Sri Lanka (pvt) limited is giving free sim for Sri Lanka telecom limited customers. Every customer of Sri Lanka telecom qualifies for this offer if the customer settled the bill. Customer just need ID photo copy and Telecom bill of September.

This offer is extended till January 7th 2007 and this is the third time Mobitel has extended this free sim offer.

This is not exactly accurate. Mobitel will accept any bill after September 2006 and not necessarily the bill for September 2006. The SIM is NOT free. You still must pay Rs. 100.00 for the connection.
