discussing to buy comet cable pay tv channel. Comet cable is the
pioneer cable tv channel in sri lanka. They got great channel line up
and its only telecast for a limited areas in western province.
If dialog buys comet cable then their will be a monopoly in the
cable tv market in sri lanka. As we think thats not good and we belive
sri lanka telecom should start their transmition soon. As viewers
point of view competition is good than a monopoly. We'll update
conferm reports soon.

Comet is a miserable failure compared to CBNSat. Let Dialog put it out of its misery. SLT will provide some proper competition.
I think that this is the best news that I, as a COMET CABLE customer has heard.
