Sri lanka telecom sets up hong kong subsidiary

Sri lanka telecom is sri lanka's largest fixed telephone line provider
and they have incorporated a fully owened subsidiary in hong kong. It
has been named as SLT hong kong. This is the first time sri lankan
telecomunicasion company start subsidiary in abroad. As the latest
news sri lanka telecom use this company as their internet service
provider for their high bandwith connections. Sri lanka telecom plans
to provide wi-max connection with there cable tv line.

Don't know about that. But today japan's stock market watching blog reports NTT docomo is not happy about sri LANKA telecom's decision to enter the cable tv market. NTT japan owns more than 30% of sri lanka telecom. If some one know about this pl.. Email me.
