THEN IP ADDRESS 127.0.0.1 IS THE LOCAL IP ADDRESS FOR ALL COMPUTERS. IF YOU GIVE IT TO SOME ONE ELSE IN ANOTHER COMPUTER THAT WILL SEARCH FOR THE FILE TV.ASF
SO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS FIND OUT YOUR INTERNET IP ADDRESS AND THEN SHARE IT. THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS TOO. UNLESS YOUR COMPUTER IS ON AND YOUR CONNECTED TO THE NET IT WONT WORK. SO PLS CORRECT THIS!!
