And process will take about four to six weeks. MEASAT-3 is expected to be operational by the end of January 2007. Company further says they are expecting to give their service to three south Asian cable operators an India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The transfer of assets of Comet Cable is being BLOCKED by Southern Development Authority of Sri Lanka who claim that they are the owners of the licence used by Ruhuna 2001 Multivision to provide pay television services known as Comet Cable!!

For more details see the advertisement on page 37 of today's Daily News.

Looks as if Comet Cable subscribers are in for a tough time!!
